Overview

Vitara is designed to help you view Apple Health data and generate optional AI-powered health insights. We only access health data after you grant permission through Apple Health.

Health Data

Vitara reads selected Apple Health data, including activity, workouts, heart rate, heart rate variability, blood oxygen, respiratory data, sleep, mindfulness, body measurements, mobility, hearing, hydration, and dietary energy data. This data is used to display dashboards, trends, chat answers, and analysis inside the app.

Vitara does not sell health data. Vitara does not use health data for advertising or tracking.

AI Analysis

When you use AI analysis or chat, relevant health data may be sent to the OpenAI-compatible LLM endpoint that you configure in the app. The endpoint provider's own privacy and retention terms apply to that processing. API keys are stored in the iOS Keychain.

Diagnostics

Vitara may collect crash and performance diagnostics to improve app reliability. Diagnostics are not used for advertising or tracking.

Subscriptions

Vitara Pro purchases are processed by Apple. We do not receive your full payment card details.

Website Analytics

The Vitara website may use basic analytics to understand page usage and improve the site. Website analytics are separate from Apple Health data in the app.

Your Choices

You can change Apple Health permissions in the iOS Settings app. You can delete local app data by deleting the app from your device. You can remove or change LLM endpoints in Vitara settings.
